Welcome to "100 Days of Challenge". These Terms of Use (EULA) ("Terms") govern your download, installation, subscriptions, and use of the "100 Days of Challenge" mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your mobile device for personal use only, subject to these Terms.

2. Data Ownership and Security

The App saves all challenge data locally on your device. We do not host, back up, sync, or hold any responsibility for data loss. You are solely responsible for ensuring your device is backed up and secure.

3. Premium Yearly Plan

The Premium Yearly Plan is a 1-year auto-renewing subscription that unlocks unlimited challenges. Payment is charged to your Apple ID through the App Store at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically each year unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store account settings.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App. You may not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, RUN INTERRUPT-FREE, OR BE ERROR-FREE.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR OPPORTUNITY ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates.
